That work positioned her as a trusted business partner and advisor to senior executives throughout her firm.
Stephanie spent 30 years in Silicon Valley recruiting high-value talent from some of the best companies in the world. That time spent working within high-growth, complex global law firms gives her a valuable inside perspective on selecting high-functioning talent that can succeed in the law firm environment. She recognizes that the “right candidate” is a sum of more than experience and background, but the required intangibles as well.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco. She and her husband now reside in a suburb of Columbus, Ohio, with their two rescue border collie whippet mix brothers.
